From the first introduction to a steady, trusted student on your doorstep.

Introduction call
A thirty-minute conversation, at your home or by video call. We discuss the situation, wishes and the preferred rhythm.

Matched with a student
We match a screened student based on availability, language and personal connection. Always preceded by an introduction visit over a cup of tea.
3
Trial period
During the first two weeks we stay in extra close contact to check it's working well. If it isn't, we find another match straight away.
4
Ongoing support
From then on the visits simply continue, with invoicing, planning and a replacement arranged if the student is ever unable to come.
